After submitting the REQUIRED forms online, please send the item(s) to us and we will repair and ship back usually within 1 business day of receipt(3 to 5 days on ANTON BAUER chargers). Make sure to include your own UPS or FEDEX account # if you have one and level of shipping service you want (required). Also please note if you want the package insured and for how much. You will get tracking info from the shipping carrier.

What we repair as an Authorized Videndum service center

All Current Sachtler tripods and heads

Some older Sachtler tripods and heads (Depending on parts availability)

All Current Oconnor tripods and heads

Some older Oconnor tripods and heads (Depending on parts availability)

Note : We replace individual Carbon Fiber and Aluminum leg tubes using a proprietary method so we don't damage anything in the process.

All Current Litepanels fixtures

Some older Litepanels fixtures (Depending on parts availability)

All Current Anton Bauer Chargers

Some older units such as LP4, LP2, Twin UL, Tandem 70 while parts are avail.

Limited repair on  QUASAR Science R2 and RR tubes (due to no parts availability)

No repair on any other Quasar Science products is available

We do not give individual estimates. If you would like an approximate cost, please email mitch@nawonusa.net with the product and issue. I will get back to you with a ballpark estimate. That is how we are able to maintain a 1 or 2 day turnaround time with no added cost.
